SAMBA, Oct 7: Over three lakh devotees visited the Radha Soami Satsang Bhawan at 17 Miles, near Vijaypur in district Samba during three day grand religious function which concluded today.
The people not only from stage but also from adjoining Punjab, Himachal, Harayana and Delhi thronged the Ashram. The top religious heads of the organization who had come from various parts of the country, delivered lectures during the three day grand congregation. On the third and last day, nearly 70,000 devotees visited.
District Administration had made elaborate security, drinking water and other arrangements for the smooth conduct of the religious function. Nearly 150 additional policemen had been deployed to regulate traffic, ensure security and conduct smooth function by the district Samba police. No untoward incident was reported and the function concluded smoothly.
