Orientation Programme for Civil Services organised

JAMMU, June 12: A motivational cum orientation programme for Civil Services aspirants and the students of KP community was organised by Shree Mahaganesh Jee Charitable Foundation (Trust of Hindu Baradari Hanad Chowelgam, Kulgam) here, today. The main focus of the camp was to educate KP youth about the career prospects, importance of empowerment in bureaucracy / police and the challenges ahead.
The programme was organized in coordination with B L Razdan retired Director General Of Income Tax and Anil Bhat, senior journalist .
The participants for the orientation programme were
Dr.Col (retd) Ravi Kumar Bhat Ex-Registrar Central University Jammu, T K Bhat, Special Secretary to Government Agriculture Production Department, Prof Ravinder Tickoo, Principal Science College, Jammu, Lalit Bhat, Deputy Director Planning
Department of DMRRR, Ms.Nipun Tickoo, Excise Taxation Officer Jammu and Jatinder Pandit.
Prof. O N Koul, Chairman of the Foundation said that the main aim is to empower the Pandit community administratively. He urged parents to encourage wards in opting civil services so that community youth can compete in administrative services in large numbers. He assured that such motivational programmers will be held in coming days also.
The speakers in prpgramme gave detailed presentation and gave valuable tips to be followed by the students if they want to see success in IAS, KAS and other competitive examinations.
