JAMMU, Jan 19: Fortune Inn Riviera, member of ITC’s hotel group is celebrating ‘Oriental Food Festival’ at Orchid, the Multi-cuisine Restaurant of the hotel.
The food festival will start on January 20 and will be on till January 29. Authentic Oriental delicacies would be served on the Lunch/Dinner Buffet on all the days.
General Manager, Namit Sinha said, “It has been our constant endeavor to introduce Jammu to Regional as well as International Cuisines. Oriental cuisines being one of the most popular cuisines in the world offer exciting range of Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian dishes.”
Oriental cuisine has been gaining popularity worldwide. It is considered among the world’s most delicious with a unique blend of tastes consisting of hot, sour, sweet, and always highlighted with natural and healthy herbs.”
Chef Suman said, “We wish to bring out the best of these cuisines during the festival at Fortune to give Jammu the real taste of Oriental world. Some of the famous dishes that will be showcased during the festival include – Chicken Mongolian, Chicken Hunan Style, Lamb Honking Style, Fish in Singaporean sauce, cottage cheese in Kendo Sauce, Potato in Ginger Sauce, Tofu in Thai Curry, Zucchini and Mushroom Tibetan style, Nasi Gerong Rice, Chilli Garlic Noodles, Phad Thai Noodles and many more. ”
The decor and ambience of the restaurant matches with that of Oriental culture and tradition. The smooth finished paper lanterns, dragons, lucky bamboo and Chinese pipe music give the atmosphere the befitting touch.
