JAMMU, Jan 3: An organic Kissan Mela was organized by Department of Agriculture, Zone Mishriwala of Sub Division Marh under Organic Cluster Village Garhi.
The Mela was organized under the supervision of SDAO Marh, R S Jamwal. More than 125 farmers participated in the Mela and exhibited their organic produce.
PNB Manager, Pardeep Kumar briefed the farmers about various schemes of the Bank. The proceedings were conducted by Vikram Katyal, JAEO, Kot Bhalwal. AEO Mishriwala, Nirmal Prakash and Sarpanch Lower Kot B, Hari Saran also spoke on occasion.
Others present were Manorama Kumari (AEA) and Suman Koul (AEA).
