Opening of degree college at Paddar

Sir,
The students of Paddar after passing their 10+2 from Government Higher Secondary Atholi Paddar have to face several problems while seeking admissions to GDC Kishtwar. It may be worth to mention here that the Paddar area is most backward and far flung area of Jammu and Kashmir state and the people of the area mostly depends on labour work and in such circumstsnces the students seeking admission in GDC Kishtwar have to put up in a rented accommodation where they are charged Rs.1500 to Rs.2000 rent per month which every student can not afford and consequently  most of the students have to give up their studies.Every year  about 500 to 600 students passe their 10+2 from Govt.HSS Atholi Paddar and  due to the non availbality of GDC in Paddar most of the students give up their further studies.
This is a genuine demand of the people of Paddar for which  the Union Minister of State in PMO,  Dr. Jitendra Singh Rana had committed to grant GDC for Paddar during his assembly election campaign in the area.
It is,therefore ,requested to the Government as well as the Union MoS, Dr.Jitendra Singh Rana to grant Degree college for Paddar so that the students may not suffer any more.
Yours etc….
