One should understand core concepts to qualify NDA, CDSE exams: Sandeep Gupta

JAMMU, Apr 19: Questions keep on changing in every exam but one should understand the core concepts to qualify the exams.
This was stated by Director, Doon Defence Academy (DDA), Sandeep Gupta.
Sandeep Gupta, an intellectual with 19 years of experience shared relevant tips for the NDA and CDSE exam preparation.
He asserted that the questions keep on changing in every exam but the core concepts which are used for the solution of the questions remain unchanged. One should focus more on the fundamentals and the core concepts.
Every year millions of Defence aspirants appear for the NDA and CDSE exam out of which only a limited number are able to qualify the exams. Lakhs of Defence aspirants are preparing for the NDA and CDSE exam scheduled on 21st April, 2024.
At present the students are confronted with many challenges like tough competition, extensive curriculum, and limited time and these challenges are obstacles for the students to surmount in order to qualify the NDA and CDSE exam because these challenges are making the NDA and CDSE exam difficult for the students but if the students use the right strategy, they will surely succeed.
Sandeep provides proper guidance to the students.
Weekly tests and Mock tests based on UPSC pattern are conducted from time to time, allowing the students to do a self-evaluation and to understand the question paper pattern well.
To succeed in the exam, it is mandatory to adopt the right approach. The correct approach is to do smart and hard work together.
Therefore, it is vital to clarify core concepts and understand them well to solve the questions. Smart work also requires meticulous and well-planned approach to solve the questions. It involves strategies to save the time and avoid negative marking. Reading the instructions carefully before proceeding to the solutions involves smart work and this will ensure that negative marking can be avoided.
Before appearing for the NDA exam, update yourself with the current affairs of the last 6 months and solve the previous year question papers.
At least the last ten years question papers should be solved so that the time can be managed well and preparation takes place effectively.
After the exam gets over, the examinees should always tick the answers in the question papers and then tally them with the probable answers as recommended by their mentors. It can help you know the exam result as per your performance.
Sandeep also announced that new batches are likely to start from April 25 to April 29th and May 6th to May 13th in the academic year 2024.
The registrations for the same are in process. The number of seats is limited and it is recommended that the students should get their seats reserved at the earliest.
