UDHAMPUR, Oct 15: The police arrested a narco- smuggler and recovered 300 gms of charas from his possession here today.
A police spokesman said that a police party from Udhampur Police Station during patrolling at link road here intercepted one person who tried to run away. The police party chased and nabbed him. On his search 300 gms of charas was recovered from his bag.
He was identified as Milap Chand alias Labbu, son of Manohar Chand, resident of Birnoo village in Ramnagar. He was arrested and a case FIR no. 524/ 2018 was registered against him under relevant sections at Udhampur Police Station.
