One more accused in attempt to murder arrested

JAMMU, Oct 26: Bakshi Nagar Police today arrested one more accused involved in attempt to murder case from Reshamgarh Colony.
Police spokesman said that, Rajinder Singh alias Munna, son of Raghubir Singh and Ajay Kumar, son of Ram Pal, both residents of Reshamgarh Colony, had heated argument with one Vicky Sharma, son of Diwan Chand of Reshamgarh Colony yesterday. Later Rajinder and Ajay attacked Vishal with sharp edged weapon ‘Toka’ and fled from the spot, he added.
Vishal was shifted to Government Hospital Sarwal, from where he was discharged today, spokesman said, adding, that Ajay Kumar was arrested yesterday, while, Ravinder Singh was apprehended today by Bakshi Nagar Police.
A case under Sections 307, 4/25 Arms Act was registered at Bakshi Nagar Police Station and investigation started.
The arrest was made by police party from Bakshi Nagar Police Station led by SHO Ravi Kant under the supervision of SDPO West Rouf Lone and SSP Jammu, Prabhat Singh.
