REASI, Apr 21: One person was killed while three others were injured today in a road mishap occurred at Baradari bridge.
According to a police official, a bus bearing registration number JK02AX-1971 being driven by Sajad Ahmed son of Ghulam Ahmed, resident of Poonch, towards Reasi from Talwara, while reaching at Baradari bridge hit a bike bearing registration number JK02AA-5369. Meanwhile, a cycle also collided with the bus.
In the mishap, the bike rider namely Madan Lal (55) son of Bodh Raj, resident of Panassa (Dasanoo) died on the spot while pillion rider namely Joginder Sharma son of Chuni Lal, resident of Dasanoo got injured. Also, cycle rider namely Rashpal Singh (42) son of Munshi Ram, resident of Seela and his pillion, Nisha Devi (daughter of Rashpal) also injured in the mishap.
The injured persons were shifted to District Hospital Reasi, where after providing first aid, two of the injured persons were referred to GMC Jammu. The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
