One killed, 6 injured in accidents

SRINAGAR, Dec 29: One person died while as six others were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley.
Reports said that a Tata Sumo JK02J/3594 driven by Ajaz Ahmed Pandit aged 22 years, son of Nazir Ahmad resident of Zawoora, rammed with an electric pole at Zawoora crossing, resulting in on spot death of the driver.
A bus JK02F/3517 on way from Baramulla to Boniyar collided with an Alto car JK05A/2089 near forest check post Gantmulla, Baramulla, resulting in injuries to three persons including driver of Alto Car. All the injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment.
An I-10 car DL2CAE/2208 on way from Anantnag to Srinagar collided with a Load Carrier JK03C/3494 at Uranhall-Bijbehara, resulting in injuries to two passengers boarding the car. The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment.
A Tavera JK18/5266 driven by Waseem Ahmed Padder son of Mohammad Yousuf resident of Bohgund, Kulgam skidded off the road at Wangund-Kulgam, resulting in injuries to the driver of the vehicle. Police has taken cognizance.
