SAMBA, Jan 16: One person was killed and three others were injured in vehicles collision at Nanak Chack here today.
According to the report, during late last night, a mishap took place on Jammu-Pathankot National Highway near Nanak Chack area, when a truck bearing registration number PB10BR-9147 loaded with stationery items collided with oil tanker bearing registration number GJ12BV-3888 and canter bearing registration number HR69A-6297.

After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to District Hospital, where doctors declared one of the injured as brought dead and three others were referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for advanced treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Krishan, a resident of Rajasthan and the injured have been identified as Sunil Kumar (35), son of Mohinder Singh, Ravinder Kumar (24), son of Mahabeer, both residents of Sonipat Haryana and Salik Ram (50), son of Bhagrichi, a resident of Kadarpur Uttar Pradesh.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at concerned police station and investigation started.
