BHADERWAH, Nov 12: One person was killed and three others were injured when a speeding bike hit a pedestrian in Drudhu area.
According to the reports, three persons were travelling on a bike from Bhaderwah towards Drudhu when on reaching near Drudhu (Nai Basti), their two-wheeler hit a pedestrian, this evening.
In the mishap, the bike rider identified as Rajesh Kumar (40) son of Daya Krishan, resident of Diggi Bhalra was killed while pillion riders namely Pyar Singh (40) son of Hushari Lal and Madhu Devi (17), both residents of Drudhu (Nai Basti) as well as pedestrian Sat Lal (57) son of Hem Raj, resident of Drudhu (Nai Basti) suffered injuries.
The body of the deceased and the injured persons were shifted to Sub District Hospital Bhaderwah for postmortem and medical treatment, respectively while a case in this connection was registered by concerned police and investigation started.
