UDHAMPUR, Apr 26: The police conducted raid at village Rang near Ramnagar and seized over four litres of illicit liquor today.
Official sources said that based on a specific information, a team from Police Station Ramnagar, led by SHO, Insp Kulbir Singh Choudhary under the supervision of SDPO Ramnagar conducted a raid in the house of one Des Raj, son of Munshi Ram at village Rang, in Ramnagar and succeeded in recovery of four litres of illicit liquor from his possesion and also arrested the accused Des Raj on the spot.
In this regard, a case under relevant sections of law stands registered at Police Station, Ramnagar against the person and investigation was in progress.
