JAMMU, Oct 12: One person was arrested by security forces when he was roaming under suspicious circumstances near Indo-Pak border in Pargwal sector of Akhnoor tehsil late last night.
As per the reports, the people caught hold of a person in Pargwal sector along the border, where he was moving under mysterious circumstances and handed over him to Army.
His questioning was on, reports said.
