UDHAMPUR July 6: One person was killed in a collision of car and truck at Braan Su near Kud on the National Highway, here today.
The deceased was identified as Umar Faruq (28) son of Faruq Ahmad Dar of Tangpora Pulwama Kashmir.
The accident took place when a Truck hit a Tavera car bearing registration number JK13AB -4813, about 11:35 a.m. Police shifted the injured to Sub District Hospital Chenani where doctors referred him to the District Hospital Udhampur. However, he succumbed to his injuries on way to Udhampur.
Meanwhile, a youth was found dead at Chari Sal road, about three kilometers from Udhampur. The deceased was identified as 27 years old Sunil son of Chandera Deep of Kotbali Uttar Pradesh (UP).
Police took the dead body to District Hospital Udhampur for Postmortem and registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
Another dead body of a middle aged man, identified as Subash, son of Sayana of Nambla, Ramnagar, was found from Natha Singh Park near Ramnagar.
