UDHAMPUR, Dec 22: One more corpse was recovered today from landslide hit Saddal village of Tehsil Pancheri in Udhampur as District Administration has re-launched the operation to retrieve dead bodies of the missing persons.
Identification of the body was established that of 40 year old Lila Devi, wife of Girdhari Lal, whose six family members are still buried under the debris.
With this recovery, 30 dead bodies have so far been recovered from the Saddal hamlet, which was completely ravaged on September 7 due to massive landslide in which 40 persons were buried alive. Ten persons are still missing under the debris even as the administration has already declared them as dead.
