SAMBA, Apr 22: In continuation to stringent actions against illicit liquor menace, Samba police today destroyed 40 litres of lahan, seized three litres illicit liquor and booked one person at village Radwan, Ramgarh.
Police team of Police Station Ramgarh conducted raid at village Radwan and recovered three litres of illicit liquor while 40 litres of lahan was destroyed.
The accused namely Karam Chand S/o Dev Raj R/o Radwan has been arrested who used to sell the liquor among general public of the area.
In this connection, a case FIR No. 45/2020 US 48 (E) Excise Act has been registered at P/S Ramgarh and investigation started.
