UDHAMPUR, Apr 29: An elderly woman died when shuttering of an under construction toilet under Open Defection Free (ODF) scheme collapsed at village Nallha in Panchyat Barrian in Udhampur.
The deceased, identified as Koshalya Devi (65), wife of Bali Ram of village Barrian, was watching the work on shuttering which collapsed. Family member shifted the injured to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared her as brought dead.
