SRINAGAR, Dec 31:
The National Conference today reiterated its unconditional support to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Government formation in Jammu and Kashmir, where no party could manage to reach magic figure of 44 in the 87-member House.
We reiterate our unconditional support to PDP, party spokesman Junaid Matu said in a statement here this afternoon.
The statement came hours after PDP president Mehbooba Mufti said that all options are still open after her meeting with Governor N N Vohra at Raj Bhavan, Jammu.
He said party working president Omar Abdullah has already offered unconditional support to the PDP, which has emerged as the single largest party with 28 seats in the state. Our stand remains unchanged, he said.
The NC has won 15 seats in the 12th Assembly, while, Congress 12 seats. (AGENCIES)
