The Art 370 was a tool in the hands of the State rulers to snatch the rights of the poor people in general and OBCs (also called OSCs) in particular. One particular instance in the violation of Mandal Commission Report. It was never implemented in right spirit. Now after its abrogation, it is expected that OBCs will get justice. It is appealed to the Government that all Central rules including National Commission for Backward Classes must be implemented in the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
Besides, it is requested to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to direct the Rules Framing Committee to remove Para 7 of Page 44, and item No. 21 of Page 52 for the implementation of complete abrogation of Art 370 in the State, so that no man made hurdles are created for the smooth and natural flow of justice in the State, otherwise abrogation of Art 370 will be an exercise in futility. It is also expected that Mandal Report will be implemented in toto in this part of the country as well.
