JAMMU, May 4: After signature campaign in Jammu University, NSUI continued its protest on roads for change in `unfair’ re-evaluation and JUET pattern in Jammu University.
The NSUI activists assembled at Jammu University main gate, this morning and held a strong protest amidst raising of slogans against JU and demanded change in JUET entrance pattern as well re-evaluation system adopted by the University.
Protest was led by Avjot Singh, State general secretary of NSUI, who explained that the alleged discriminatory policies of Jammu University were forcing the students to adopt agitational path.
Pertinent to mention that the NSUI has been demanding change in JUET entrance pattern by giving equal weightage to the marks in academic and entrance test besides choosing best of two in re-evaluation.
The protest demonstration was also addressed by Nishant Gupta, Sunny Parihar and others.
