NSF protests for re-opening of online admission in JU colleges

JAMMU, Dec 23: National Secular Forum (NSF) today protested against University of Jammu demanding reopening of online admission for BA first Semester as huge number of students from Jammu Division could not get admission.
Amidst raising of slogans in support of the demand, the protest demonstration was organized at Kunjwani Chowk.
Addressing the protestors, Rajput Junaid Khan, President of NSF unit GDC Kunjwani, highlighted grievances of aspirant of BA First Semester, who could not apply for admission due to poor internet connectivity in Jammu and also lack of wide publicity for admissions.
He said that extremely low speed of network was a great hurdle for the admission seekers whose academic future was in jeopardize.
Mr Khan appealed the Lt Governor to direct the Jammu University authorities to reopen online admission for interested candidates.
Among those who were present in the protest, included, Rajput Anirudh Singh Kotwal, Abhimanyu Choudhary, Wahied Choudhary, Saqib Malik, Shehzad Kazmi, Virender Singh, Bhadar Singh, Ritik, Gourav, Rohit and others.
