NSF protests against Controller Examination

JAMMU, Apr 17:  Agitated over the failure of Controller Examination in declaring timely results of different departments in Jammu University, activists of National Secular Forum held a protest demonstration on the campus.
The protesting NSF activists raised slogans against Controller Examination and demanded declaration of results, held four months back.
Surjit Choudhary, State senior vice-president of NSF, who led the protesters, accused JU of playing with the future of the students. Exams of 1st and 3rd Semester were held in the month of December but so far the examination Wing has failed in coming out with the results, he said.
Qayoom Malik, JU president of NSF, said that university was implementing the academic calendar but failed in declaring the results as per the calendar.
Those present in the protest included Ravi Choudhary, Harvinder Singh, Sumit, Narinder Singh, Rishikesh Rana, Pushpinder Singh, Aryan, Ajay, Sunil Kumar, Amit, Bhupinder, Papinder Singh, and others.
