JAMMU, Feb 27: National Secular Forum today paid tributes to Saheed Chander Shekhar Azad on his 93th death anniversary.
During a simple function at Jammu University Campus, the NSF activists garlanded portraits of Azad and paid him floral tribute.
Ankush Abrol, Provincial Joint Secretary JKNC was the chief guest on the occasion while Dr Vikas Sharma, Coordinator Jammu District Urban and Zonal Secretary JKNC, presided over the function. Vikshay Vashist, State Secretary NSF, was the guest of honour.
Speakers on the occasion threw light on the life and supreme sacrifices of Chander Shekhar Azad. They said that the real tribute to the martyrs would be eradicating evils prevailing in the society like drug addiction.
