JAMMU, Sept 26: Alleging discrimination with Jammu and Ladakh regions in the recruitment of SPOs, NPSU activists held a protest demonstration, here today.
The protesting NPSU activists raised slogans against the coalition Government and also torched an effigy of the Deputy Chief Minister for his silence over discrimination with Jammu and Ladakh.
The protest was led by Thakur Virender Singh, State president of NPSU, who alleged that the Government was conducting recruitment of SPOs in Kashmir valley only while Jammu and Ladakh have been ignored in this regard.
