NPP revokes Padgotra’s suspension

JAMMU, Aug 11: Panthers Party in a general house meeting held here under the chairmanship of Harsh Dev Singh, revoked the suspension of senior party leader Rajesh Padgotra.
The meeting which was also attended by state president Balwant Singh Makotia and general secretary Yash Pal Kundal, discussed the present political scenario in the UT in the wake of charge of guard, the problems faced by the general public, particularly the youth also the internal functioning of the party.
The party unanimously passed several resolutions seeking redressal of burning issues faced by the people of Jammu region. It was decided to vigorously agitate the issues of youth including immediate filling up of all vacant as well as recently created posts numbering around one lac in the new UT. The Govt would be persuaded to settle the issues of NHM, MGNREGA, Anganwari and Asha workers, Rehber-e-Khel, Rehber-i-Jarat, Rehber-i-Janglat, SAMAGRA teachers, regularization of daily rated workers etc.
The NPP further passed a resolution for revoking the suspension of Rajesh Padgotra. The Party sought a probe into the alleged irregularities in Central University Jammu through an independent agency.
