NPP constitutes Parliamentary Board, nominates LS candidate

JAMMU, Nov 23: Jammu  and Kashmir National Panthers Party (NPP) today constituted Parliamentary Board for the selection of Lok Sabha and Assembly candidates for the forthcoming elections.
Harshdev Singh, leader of the Legislature Party will be the Chairman with Balwant Singh Mankotia as Assistant Chairman and Yashpaul Kundal, MLA, Syed Mohammad Rafiq Shah, MLC, BB Kotwal (Vice-Chairman), Naveen Bakshi, Mohammad Iqbal Choudhary, Daljit Singh, PK Ganju, Sudershan Singh Jamwal, Masood Andrabi (vice-presidents), Anita Thakur, HC Jalmeria, Shanti Swaroop Basotra, Ghulam Mohammad Shan, Manzoor Naik (general secretaries), Faqir Nath, Ex-MLA and Bansi Lal Sharma, will be the members.
Later, a meeting of the Parlimanetary Board was held in which Syed Rafiq Shah was nominated as party candidate for the Lok Sabha from Baramulla constituency.
The decision about other Parliamentary constituencies will be taken next month.
