NPP announces list of 10 candidates from Valley

SRINAGAR, Aug 23: National Panthers Party today announced first list of ten candidates for the forthcoming Assembly elections.
Chief patron of the party Prof Bhim Singh while announcing the names disclosed that Syed Rafiq Shah will be candidate from Kupwara and Handwara constituencies, Jehangir Ahmed Khan from Karnah, Abdul Rashid Ganai from Kangan in Ganderbal, Mohd Yousuf Mir from Wachi,  Shah Fayaz Ahmed from  Shopian, Farooq Ahmed Bhat from Sangrama in Baramulla, Muzaffar Ahmed Lone from Sopore, Mohd Yousuf Wani from Beeru in Budgam, K S Bedi from Tral while Sayed Abid Ahmed Shah from Rajpora in Pulwama.
Later, talking to media-persons the NPP leader alleged that Congress leaders out of sheer frustration and panic have started blowing horns on `Hindutava’ in J&K demanding a Hindu Chief Minister. He said the Congress as well as BJP leaders have been exploiting the people in Jammu Pradesh under one pretext or the other. A Congress leader from Jammu has started advocating for a Hindu Chief Minister in J&K with an attempt to woo the majority in Jammu region for coming Assembly elections.
The Congress has started new stunt after their complete rout in the Lok Sabha polls in Jammu Pradesh. The BJP has been exploiting the Jammu electorates on the same pretext for years. On the other hand, the Kashmir based political parties have been abetting the BJP to create communal divide in Jammu Pradesh so that the Kashmir based parties shall reap and harvest in Kashmir  valley. He asked the people to remain vigilant from the designs of such parties.
