Talking to reporters here, today State BJYM president, Ravinder Raina along with BJP State treasurer, Chander Mohan Gupta and senior leader Yudhvir Sethi said the Nowshera –Sunderbani are the worst victims of Government’s apathy and discrimination as both the subdivisions lack basic amenities of life. He said the Government hospitals in Nowshera and Sunderbani are having shortage of the staff members and the patients are facing hardship and not getting the proper treatments by virtue of the shortage of the medical staff.
Raina said the areas of tehsil Sunderani like Hathal, Devek, Makol. Noti, Langer,Bhambliya, Thanrote, Patrara, Nallah, Marcholla, Chani, Talla Tanda, Prat, Thandapani, Siot, Balshama, Nah, Kangri, Bhajwal, Meenka Mahadev and Bajabain and the areas of tehsil Nowshera like Lamberi, Dandesar, Bagnoti, Rajal, Hanjana, Jawa, Checkjarallen, Laroka, Lam, Pukherni, Quila Dhral, Kamila, Raipur Bhata, Jhanger, Kalsian, Bhawani, Chowki Handan, Langer, Brarai, Dabbar, Dhanaka, Dharat, Gogrote, Khanka, Tharka, Mangaldevi, Nonial, Seri-Sayal, Deing, Kalal, and Ser-Makhari, are the worst sufferers as these areas are facing the crisis like low voltage problem, 12 to 15 hours power cuts, lack of drinking water facility, poor  and miserable road connectivity.
He said the Laroka area of Nowshera was granted Tehsil by the Cabinet Sub Committee but shifted elsewhere later and the Devek-Hathal area of Sunderbani were demanding the tehsil headquarter for last 60 years but this genuine demand was not conceded by the successive State governments.
He said from 1968 to 1995  there was a tehsil headquarter at Lamberi  but it was closed later on and even after the demands made by the people of the area before the Cabinet sub-Committee to grant tehsil Status to Lamberi, but the committee did injustice by ignoring the genuine demand.
