JAMMU, Mar 9: Nothing except construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya is acceptable to saints of this country.
This was disclosed by national president VHP Dr Surinder Jain while talking to reporters here today along with state VHP chief, Dr Rama Kant Dubey.
Dr Jain said the saints and sages during this year’s Kumb Mela at Haridwar have decided to continue struggle for construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya.
He said Ayodhya is like Vatican to us and as Christians will not tolerate any other religious place at Vatican and Muslims in Mecca, Hindus will also not allow structure of any other religion at Ayodhya.
They have also made an appeal to Union Government to get orders passed during the present session of Parliament for construction of Ram Mandir as no further delay will be tolerated by the Hindu Samaj of the country in this regard, he added.
Dr Jain said Sadhus have decided to launch a Jagran Abhiyan from April 11 to May 13. During this Jagran Abhiyan Vijay Mantra will be recited countrywide.
He said Samarth Guru Ram Dass has said that recitation of 13 crore Vijay Mantras makes a Sidhkhetar. And it was due to the effect of this Sidh Khetar that Hindu Samrat Shivaji had laid a strong foundation of Hindu Samaj.
He said over 20,000 Sidh Khetras have been made all over country and one Sadak (disciple) has to daily recite 13 Malas of Vijay Mantra. This way 3000 Sadaks in 33 days form a Sidh Khetra.
Dr Jain said in J&K two lakh families have been contacted . Besides schools, colleges and traders were consulted and 101 Sidh Khetras in J&K have been formed. Every Sadak will make a resolve for construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. Besides, a saffron flags will be hoisted in their houses, he added.
This will strength Hindu Samaj and Government will be left with no alternative but to concede the demand.
He warned that in case Government will not respond to the demand properly a forceful nation wide agitation will be launched. This will be announced later, he added.
On Afzal Guru he said it is unfortunate that in a particular part of the country a terrorist is being termed a hero.
Without naming NC and PDP, Dr Jain said the way the two main parties have created drama on Guru issue shows that they were shielding the terrorists like him. This way they are giving a wrong notion about Kashmir.
Strongly condemning the Chief Minister’s statement on Guru he said, has Omar Abdullah ever shed tears for Kashmiri Pandits whose members were killed by terrorists and forced to lead an exiled life.
