NEW DELHI, Aug 2: The Gujarat Congress today moved the Apex Court against the NOTA (None Of The Above) option included in the just-concluded Rajya Sabha election.
Justice Dipak Misra said,” We would likely hear the matter tomorrow,” when senior Supreme Court lawyer, Kapil Sibal and Vivek Tankha mentioned the matter before the Supreme Court bench.
Mr Sibal, appearing for the Gujarat Congress, knocked the doors of the apex court challenging the move of the Election Commission to include the NOTA option. (UNI)
