SRINAGAR: Lt. Gen. D.S. Hooda, Army Commander, Northern Command, accompanied by Lt. Gen. S.K. Dua, GOC 15 Corps, met Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
The Governor and Lt. Gen. Hooda discussed various issues relating to the obtaining internal security situation and the need for the Security Forces exercising restraint in dealing with arising incidents.
