JAMMU, Apr 20: Comply with the directions of High Court of J&K and Supreme Court of India, Principal, District and Sessions Judge Rajouri Jaffar Hussain Beig has nominated Meyank Gupta, District Judicial Mobile Magistrate (T) Rajouri and Varun Chibber, System Officer as Nodal Officers for receipt and redressal of complaints regarding video conferencing related issues within the territorial jurisdiction of District Rajouri.
“Meyank Gupta, District Judicial Mobile Magistrate (T) Rajouri and Varun Chibber, System Officer as Nodal Officers for receipt and redressal of complaints regarding video conferencing related issues”, reads the order.
Furthermore, Advocate Haq Nawaz Mira has been nominated as amicus curiae in the cases were the litigations are not in a position to approach the Court through VC till the time lockdown continues.
