No scope for Third Party

Sir,
This has reference to the recent statement made by Parliament Member Dr Farooq Abdullah asking intervention of China or US in resolving Kashmir dispute. In her response to it, the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti outrightly rejected the suggestion and done so rightly. Why should one involve a country that is aleady involved in the Kashmir affairs. It is reported that China too is fomenting trouble in Kashmir. This can be corroborated from the fact that some Chinese flags were unfurled by a group of protestors recently somewhere in  the Valley. Besides, presence of Chinese troops in PoK is another sign of China’s involvement in Kashmir.
The mediation by any other country in  Kashmir affairs is going to make situation more complicated. It got complicated the day  Kashmir issue was taken to UN.  The Kashmir issue will get resolved the day Pakistan stops fomenting trouble  in this part. Besides, bilateral talks between India and Pakistan is the right approach in solving this issue.
Yours etc..
