JAMMU, Jan 27: Completely switching over to e-office mode, the Directorate of School Education has notified that no physical file and daks (postal communications) shall be entertained with effect from February 15, 2024.
According to a circular in this regard, issued by the Director School Education, all the Joint Directors of the School Education Department and Chief Education Officers (CEOs) of Jammu Division shall immediately switch over to e-office mode of working with existing/available infrastructure by or before February 1, 2024.
Further, the Joint Directors and CEOs have been asked to instruct Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs) for switching over to e-office by or before February 15, 2024.
“No physical files/daks shall be entertained in this Directorate with effect from February 15, 2024,” reads the circular.
