SAMBA, Sept 1: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national vice president, Avinash Rai Khanna today said that the tag attached with the displaced people from across the border over seven decades back as West Pak Refugees’ has ended now with the abrogation of controversial Article 370 which had created a barrier between J&K and rest of the country.

Khanna said that these refugees have suffered a lot over the years due to the inhuman approach by the previous Governments. These people were not able to claim benefits under welfare schemes, Government jobs and other amenities.
