No middle, high school upgraded under RMSA this year: Naeem

SRINAGAR, Oct 8: Minister for Education, Naeem Akhtar while replying to a question by Javid Ahmad Mirchal in the Legislative Council today said that Union Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has not approved upgradation of any middle/high school under RMSA during the current financial year.
The Minister further said that as per RMSA norms Government High School Nowagabra in Karnah constituency does not qualify for upgradation to high secondary status.
