JAMMU, Feb 15: Former Minister and State president, National Communist Party (NCP), Thakur Randhir Singh today criticized the State Budget 2014-15 terming it completely anti-poor and having no hope for the unemployed youths.

“There is no hope in budget for the unemployed educated youths in the State and those who are protesting in the streets. It is a joke with the Gujjar and Bakerwals besides the common man, who have been always neglected by the successive Governments”, the former Minister said while addressing a meeting of party workers here today.
He further alleged the Finance Minister never took pain to have pre consultation on budget with all parties in the State which is general practice in other States of the country.
