No guest from PoK

SRINAGAR, Jan 12: No guest from Pakistan-occupied  Kashmir (PoK) arrived here while 12 Kashmiris crossed over to other side of the Line of Control (LoC) in Karvan-e-Aman bus to meet their relatives separated in 1947 due to partition.
However, 18 returnees also cross side at Kaman post, the  last Indian military post on this side of the LoC in Uri sector, official sources said this afternoon.
They said no PoK guest arrived here in the Karvan-e-Aman  bus, operating between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad. The number of PoK guests decreased during winter when it  is below freezing point in Kashmir. However, it goes up during summer.
However, 13 Kashmiris, including two women and three children, who had crossed over to other side of the LoC, returned to their homes after completing stay in PoK.
Sources said 12 Kashmiris, including two women and a  child, crossed over to PoK this afternoon to meet their relatives.
The number of Kashmiris crossing to other side goes up during winter but decreases in summer when weather is pleasant here.    They said five PoK residents, who had come here in  previous buses, returned to their homes after completing stay in Kashmir. They included three women.
