JAMMU, Mar 18: An IPS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre Nitish Kumar has been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent posts in the Government of India.
Kumar is a 1999 batch IPS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre.
He has held various prestigious assignments in Jammu and Kashmir and presently is on deputation with the Central Government.
