JAMMU, Mar 6: Former Deputy Chief Minister and BJP Legislative Party leader, Dr. Nirmal Singh along with general secretary of PDP  Mehboob Iqbal and ex-Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Jammu, Dr. Shahid Mughal today inaugurated 999 gym at Zorawar Chowk in Nanak Nagar area near here.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Nirmal Singh said that going to the gym every day is one way to accomplish the goal of living a healthy life. “Regular exercise carries many physical and mental health benefits. You may sleep better if you exercise each day; and more sleep means more energy and a good mood. As you lose weight and get in shape, you will begin to look better,” said Dr. Nirmal Singh.
He added that a regular exercise is one of the surest paths to a longer and healthier life. “Physical activity boosts the brain’s production of endorphins, which simply makes us feel better physically and have a brighter emotional outlook. Exercise reduces tensions in both body and mind, which can improve your mood and the quality of your sleep,” said Dr Singh.
Mehboob Iqbal threw light on how health clubs can help you feel and look better as they provide the environment to reach important goals: weight loss, muscular development, and overall health management. He said that gym helps you to improve your health by providing access to a variety of equipments and group exercise classes, as well as fitness professionals who encourage consistent attendance, all of which helps one to stay motivated.
“999 gym has all kinds of facilities for building a sound body.  You deserve the best and you owe it to yourself after years of compromising on a daily basis when it comes to your total fitness needs and requirements! 999 gym is for all those who want to feel alive again and feel the vibrance and the fun of fitness,” said Ashiq Wani, Managing Director (MD) of the 999 Gym.
