NEW DELHI, June 14: The 18th Meeting of Regional Directors of the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is scheduled to be held from June 16 to 18, 2013 at the NIOS headquarters at A -24-25, Sector 62, Institutional Area, Noida.
R Bhattacharya, Education Secretary, MHRD, GoI, will be present on the inaugural day of the meeting.
As a part of its endeavour to organise a series of lectures by eminent persons to celebrate its silver jubilee year, NIOS is organizing a lecture on “Quality Inclusive Education For All” to be delivered by Prof MM Pant, former Pro-Vice Chancellor, IGNOU, on June 17 at NIESBUD, Sector 62, Noida.
An Orientation Programme for the new Regional Directors of NIOS will also be held on June 18 at the NIOS headquarters.
