JAMMU, May 7: NIIT Jammu has been awarded Excellence in Customer Experience Award for the year 2015-16 in Annual NIIT Business partners meet in New Delhi.
RK Sharma, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the local franchisee company and Rahul Sharma Director were present on the occasion. They received award trophy from Rahul Keshav Patwardhan, CEO of NIIT Limited.
Speaking on the occasion, Patwardhan lauded the performance of NIIT Jammu in showing overall excellence not only in delivery but also in customer satisfaction with almost zero defects.
RK Sharma while speaking expressed gratitude to the top management of NIIT Limited for choosing NIIT Jammu for the award and stated that it all happened due to the team work of the staff members in the Centre.
