JAMMU, Sept 14: Mobile internet services, which were snapped in five out of 10 districts of Jammu region in the wee hours of yesterday morning as a precautionary measure, were resumed this afternoon.
Official sources said the mobile internet services were restored at 4 pm in view of normal conditions in five districts of Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Reasi and Udhampur, where internet services were suspended early Monday morning. However, broadband services remained functional in these districts.
Meanwhile, mobile internet services remained suspended in five other districts of Jammu region including Poonch, Rajouri, Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban for past about a month now.
