JAMMU, Mar 17:  NDTV survey for 2014 Lok Sabha elections conducted by Hansa Research Group has projected NDA’s tally at 281, nine more than the majority figure of 272, with the help of couple of post-poll allies.
The survey, whose projections have been put on NDTV’s website also showed ruling National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir bagging three Lok Sabha seats.
The National Conference is contesting only three Lok Sabha seats in the Kashmir Valley as per the seat sharing agreement with the Congress, which would fight rest of the three seats in the State.
The survey showed that NC would win all three Lok Sabha seats. The NC is contesting Srinagar-Budgam, Baramulla-Kupwara and Anantnag-Pulwama Parliamentary seats. In 2009 Lok Sabha elections also, NC had won the same three seats.
It has repeated its all three sitting MPs for 2014 elections including Dr Farooq Abdullah from Srinagar, Sharief-ud-Din Shariq from Baramulla and Dr Mehboob Beg from Srinagar.
The nationwide poll projections by NDTV showed the NDA tally reaching 281 seats. While BJP with the help of present allies would get 229 seats, it would reach 281 with the help of likely post-poll allies including AIADMK (27), Telangana Rashtriya Samiti (11), Others (8), JMM and Independents (2 each) and MNS and SDF (1 each).
