JAMMU, Dec 1: A meeting of NCP was held under the chairmanship of its J&K Chief and former Minister Randhir Singh.
In the meeting, it was decided to celebrate the 77th birthday of Sharad Pawar, National President NCP and former Union Defence and Agriculture Minister on December 12.
While speaking, Singh said the State unit will celebrate the birthday of Sharad Pawar for one week and also directed to highlight the contributions of Sharad Pawar.
Randhir Singh has also appointed Rohit Balwal as State Chairman of NCP Legal Cell in consultation with NCP high command and National President Sharad Pawar.
Among others present were Krishan Kumar Digra, Abdul Mustafa, Mohammad Akbar Ali Chisti, Col Amar Singh, RC Bali, Abhimanyu Pratap Singh Jamwal, Er Udit Baru, Manu Mahajan, SP Sharma, Prof PD Shastri, Pawan Gupta and Rezban Choudhary.
