JAMMU, Mar 14: The State NCP, which met today under the chairmanship of State party chief and former Minister, Thakur Randhir Singh, today constituted a 25-member committee for civic and panchayat elections in the State.
The 25-member committee included Krishan Kumar Digra (chairman), Prof GM Pal (Incharge, Kashmir Valley), Dr Liaquat Ali Magray, Javed F Rehman, RS Billowaria (Coordinator), TK Koul, Sandeep Manhas, Gourav Kapoor, Satpal Sharma, RC Bali, Ch Jarnail Khokhar, Pawan Gupta, Col Amar Singh, Vikram Mahajan, Rattan Chand, Abhimanyu Pratap Singh Jamwal, Amit Datta, Rishi Kilam, Tariq Nar, Bansi Lal Sodhi, Ch Isshaq, Sanjay Rana, Arjun Singh Rana, Rattan Chand, Rahul, Rahul Mangeshkar and Faisal Akhtar Nizami.
