JAMMU, Dec 13: NCP candidate from Bishnah, Krishan Kumar Digra has intensified campaign from his home constituency Bishnah.
The people of border constituency have welcomed the educated, honest and a social worker Krishan Kumar Digra for contesting the election.
Digra, chairman, NCP education cell addressed public meetings at various places like Barmal Kothey, Sohagpur, Arnia, Tareva, Jabwal villages in Bishnah. He said that there is still existence of untouchability in some villages and now it is the time that we all should rise above caste and creed and end this deadly evil of untouchability.
Digra said the Bishnah constituency has been totally ignored by the successive MLAs and the condition of roads, communication, irrigation, water supply, sanitation and security of the people is worst.
