JAMMU, Dec 25: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) State President, Thakur Randhir Singh has appointed R.C Bali, State NCP General Secretary as State President of Local Bodies (LB) Department.
Meanwhile, Singh has also appointed Saifullah Khan, a senior NCP leader as State President of Panchayati Raj (PR) Department.
Speaking on the occasion Bali said that full-fledged State Committees for Wards, Blocks and Districts will soon be formed to strengthen both the bodies from Kathua to Poonch and from entire Kashmir valley to Ladakh.
