JAMMU, Nov 18: Provincial National Conference (NC) president of SC Cell of Jammu province, Vijay Lochan here today nominated district presidents of SC Cell after getting approval from provincial NC president Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta.
A handout of NC stated that Tara Chand Bhagat has been nominated as district president for Samba, Subash Chander Azad for Kathua (Urban), Janak Raj for Kathua (Rural), Dewan Chand for Billawar in Kathua district, Tarseem Lochan for Jammu (Urban), Hans Raj Sarpanch for Udhampur (Urban), Mohan Lal for Udhampur (Rural), Devi Ditta for Ramban, Abishek Dogra for Reasi, Mohinder Kumar Bhagat for Doda, Ashok Kumar Bhagat for Kishtwar, Sanjay Kumar for Rajouri (Urban) and Kewal Krishan (Rtd. ADC) for Rajouri (Rural).
